Abstract
Materiales activos basados en cerio con capacidad catalítica y procedimiento para su obtención.#La presente invención se refiere a nanoarcillas que comprenden partículas de óxidos de cerio o cerio metálico, e hidrógeno o un agente donador de hidrógeno que puede estar intercalado o no en la estructura de la arcilla. Se refiere también a nanocompuestos basados en la incorporación de las mencionadas nanoarcillas en una matriz plástica por cualquier método de fabricación o procesado de plásticos. Adicionalmente, la presente invención se refiere al uso de estos materiales nanocompuestos en aplicaciones de envasado de productos sensibles al oxígeno y a la oxidación.
