Abstract
Material ecológico de refuerzo (6) en bóvedas (5) de construcciones preexistentes, y procedimiento asociado al mismo; donde dicho material comprende un mortero de base cal que comprende a su vez: un conglomerante de cal cuya proporción está entre el 20% - 40% con respecto al peso total de dicho mortero de base cal; y una pluralidad de cargas cuya proporción está entre el 60% - 80% con respecto al peso total de dicho mortero; donde dichas cargas comprenden áridos pétreos naturales y cargas ligeras; obteniendo un material capaz de consolidar estructuralmente bóvedas (5) dañadas, así como de obtener una mejora en su comportamiento resistente frente a acciones externas como el sismo, o para ser capaz de resistir nuevos usos con cargas superiores a las preexistentes; y donde el procedimiento asociado describe una serie de etapas de aplicación de dicho material, de cara a obtener superficies de refuerzo para múltiples aplicaciones.Ecological reinforcement material (6) in vaults (5) of pre-existing constructions, and associated procedure; wherein said material comprises a lime-based mortar which in turn comprises: a lime binder whose proportion is between 20% -40% with respect to the total weight of said lime-based mortar; and a plurality of charges whose proportion is between 60% - 80% with respect to the total weight of said mortar; where said charges include natural stone aggregates and light loads; obtaining a material capable of structurally consolidating damaged vaults (5), as well as obtaining an improvement in its resistant behavior against external actions such as the earthquake, or to be able to resist new uses with loads greater than the existing ones; and where the associated procedure describes a series of application stages of said material, in order to obtain reinforcing surfaces for multiple applications.
