Abstract

La presente invención consiste en un dispositivo electródico para la detección de ácido glucónico, con tres electrodos, uno de referencia, otro de trabajo y otro auxiliar, obtenidos todos ellos por serigrafía, el área activa del electrodo de referencia incluye tinta de plata/cloruro de plata, la del contraelectrodo tinta de carbono y la del electrodo de trabajo con una tinta de carbono que incorpora tetratiafulvaleno (TTF) al 3%, sobre una lámina plástica de poliéster, modificándose el área activa del trabajo con la enzima GADH utilizando un agente bifuncional en presencia de seroalbúmina bovina (BSA), así como su procedimiento de fabricación y su uso en la detección citada, de manera simple, con bajo coste y en relativo corto tiempo de análisis.The present invention consists of an electrode device for the detection of gluconic acid, with three electrodes, one reference, one working and one auxiliary, all obtained by screen printing, the active area of the reference electrode includes silver ink / chloride silver, the carbon ink counter electrode and the work electrode with a carbon ink incorporating 3% tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) on a plastic polyester sheet, modifying the active area of work with the GADH enzyme using a bifunctional agent in the presence of bovine serum albumin (BSA), as well as its manufacturing procedure and its use in the detection mentioned, in a simple way, with low cost and in a relatively short time of analysis.
