Sensor de temperatura diferencial con inmunidad a interferencias térmicas.#La presente invención describe un circuito electrónico orientado a ser integrado en un cristal semiconductor capaz de proporcionar una magnitud eléctrica a su salida dependiente de la diferencia de temperatura entre dos zonas de la superficie de dicho cristal semiconductor, y que presenta al mismo tiempo un gran rechazo a posibles interferencias térmicas provenientes de otras zonas del mismo cristal. La figura 1 muestra el símbolo del circuito electrónico. Éste tiene dos entradas de alimentación (5) y (6), y como salida tiene un nodo (1).
