Sensor de temperatura diferencial con inmunidad a interferencias térmicas.#La presente invención describe un circuito electrónico orientado a ser integrado en un cristal semiconductor capaz de proporcionar una magnitud eléctrica a su salida dependiente de la diferencia de temperatura entre dos zonas de la superficie de dicho cristal semiconductor, y que presenta al mismo tiempo un gran rechazo a posibles interferencias térmicas provenientes de otras zonas del mismo cristal. La figura 1 muestra el símbolo del circuito electrónico. Éste tiene dos entradas de alimentación (5) y (6), y como salida tiene un nodo (1). Además, tiene diversos dispositivos internos, (2), (3) y (4) en la figura, las temperaturas de los cuales influirán de forma directa en el valor de la magnitud eléctrica del nodo de salida.Differential temperature sensor with immunity to thermal interference # The present invention describes an electronic circuit oriented to be integrated in a semiconductor crystal capable of providing an electrical magnitude at its output depending on the temperature difference between two surface areas of said crystal semiconductor, and which presents at the same time a great rejection of possible thermal interference from other areas of the same crystal. Figure 1 shows the electronic circuit symbol. It has two power inputs (5) and (6), and as output it has a node (1). In addition, it has various internal devices, (2), (3) and (4) in the figure, the temperatures of which will directly influence the value of the electrical magnitude of the output node.
