Abstract
1.Un espárrago guía de transmisión de la fuerza de frenado en los frenos de disco con pinza flotante, en el que las zapatas de freno se apoyan directamente en la pinza de freno, constituyendo el objeto del invento un espárrago guía que está adaptado para ser sujetado al menos en una brida de la pinza de freno o de una palomilla del soporte de freno, y estando sujeto en el otro componente respectivo, esto es, en la palomilla del soporte de freno o de la pinza de freno, con un casquillo guía elástico, y estando este espárrago guía mantenido por dicho casquillo guía a una pequeña distancia de una superficie de apoyo del otro componente, caracterizado porque la superficie de apoyo (12, 31) y la brida (13, 14, 43) para la sujeción del espárrago guía (3, 39, 40) están directamente adyacentes entre sí y porque el casquillo guía (19, 20, 37) está del lado de la superficie de apoyo más alejado de la brida. 2.Un espárrago guía de transmisión de la fuerza de frenado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1,caracterizado porque el espárrago guía (39, 40) está fijado en posición en una brida (43) de la palomilla del soporte de freno (41), quedando dicha brida en dirección radial por encima del disco de freno (47) y siendo atravesada por el espárrago guía, apoyándose dicho espárrago guía a ambos lados por encima del disco de freno (47) en unos orificios (32) que hay en las bridas (33, 34, 35, 36) de la pinza de freno (30) paralelas al disco de freno, con los casquillos guía (37) que rodean al espárrago guía (39), (40), insertados en unas ranuras que obstruyen el orificio por el lado opuesto al disco de freno y sirviéndolo las paredes interiores (31) de dicho orificio a la pinza de freno (303, (32) de superficie de apoyo del espárrago guía (39, 40). 3.Un espárrago guía de transmisión de la fuerza de frenado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque el extremo de los orificios de las bridas (33, 34, 35, 36) de la pinza de freno (30) del lado del disco de freno (47) tiene un rebajeo avellanado (38), cuyo fondo está en ángulo con el eje de dichos orificios. 4.Un espárrago guía de transmisión de la fuerza de frenado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque las zonas de los espárragos guía (39, 40) que sobresalen de la brida (43) de la palomilla del soporte de freno (41), rodeando estas otras bridas a las bridas (33, 34, 35, 36) de la pieza de freno (30). 5.Un espárrago guía de transmisión de la fuerza de frenado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque la superficie de apoyo de la pinza de freno (1) está formada por una garra (12) que hay fijada a ambos lados de la superficie de apoyo en las bridas (13, 14) de la palomilla del soporte de freno (2), la cual agarra por afuera al espárrago guía (3), y porque los casquillos guía (19, 20) están insertados en unas bridas (5, 8) de la pinza de freno (1) en paralelismo con el disco de freno (22) y a ambos lados del mismo y rodeando los casquillos guía (19, 20) los extremos en voladizo (17, 18) del espárrago guía (3) que sobresalen de las bridas de la palomilla del soporte de freno. 6.Un espárrago guía de transmisión de la fuerza de frenado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque en la cara interna de la garra (12) hay un rebaje (23) abierto hacia el extremo de dicha garra. 7.Un espárrago guía de transmisión de la fuerza de frenado de acuerdo con la reivindicación 5, caracterizado porque las paredes interiores de los orificios que hay en las bridas (5, 8) de la pinza de freno, sirven de superficie adicional de apoyo de la pinza de freno y porque los casquillos guía (19, 20) están en un rebaje de dichos orificios. 8.Un espárrago guía de transmisión de la fuerza de frenado de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las precedentes reivindicaciones, caracterizado porque la holgura ({landa}) y entre las superficies de apoyo de la pinza de freno (1, 30) y de los espárragos guía (3, 39, 40) limitan la compresión de los casquillos guía elásticos (19, 20, 37). 9.Un espárrago guía detransmisión de la fuerza de frenado en los frenos de disco con pinza flotante.1.
