Abstract

Procedimiento para producir un fertilizante que contenga nitrato amónico sulfito cálcico y un fosfato dicálcico partiendo de fosfato bruto que se descompone con suficiente ácido nítrico para que todo el P2O5 se disuelva y se obtenga un líquido de descomposición ácido con una relación molar NO3/CaO por ejemplo de 1 5-2 seguido de la neutralización continua del líquido de descomposición ácido de NH3 que se efectúa de tal manera que se obtenga una suspensión formada por compuestos cálcicos precipitados (fosfato dicálcico + fluoruro cálcico) en una solución de nitrato cálcico y nitrato amónico con una relación molar NH3/NO3 aproximadamente de 0 6 caracterizado porque después de la evaporación del agua si fuese necesario la suspensión se neutraliza completamente y se convierte de NH3+SO2 o sulfito amónico o bisulfito amónico después de lo cual la masa se granula y se seca mediante un métido conocido con objeto de obtener un abono granulado.
