Abstract

Aparato para trabajar con arco artículos, que incluye un soplete para trabajo con arco que comprende un electrodo de varilla y un dispositivo de tobera, que incluye un electrodo anular separado de dicho electrodo de varilla, formando un conducto dispuesto para guiar un arco formado entre dicho electrodo de varilla y el electrodo anular, junto con una corriente de gas, hacia una pieza de trabajar, en forma de un efluyente de gran intensidad calorífica, caracterizado porque el área de la sección transversal mínima de dicho conducto no es mayor que la de la sección transversal de un arco equivalente no restringido y porque la longitud del mismo desde la sección más estrecha hasta la salida no es mayor de seis veces la mínima dimensión de dicha sección.
