Abstract

Espejo retrovisor para grandes vehículos, del tipo que comprende rótula de orientación, caracterizado por estar constituido por un cuerpo soporte preferentemente rectangular con los vértices redondeados, que presenta frontalmente un cajeado limitado por las paredes periféricas con cierto grado de divergencia, en cuyo cajeado se aloja la luna de espejo rebordeada por un marco de material flexible, dotado de un canal interno en que se aloja el borde de la luna, y una forma de pestaña continua que se adapta a la superficie interna de las paredes periféricas del soporte; en las esquinas y sobre el marco de la luna se montan unas piezas laminares en forma de cuna adaptada a la pestaña del marco; estas piezas lamilares presentan un casquillo posterior que se aloja en un orificio pasante de la pared perimetral del soporte, existiéndo un orificio para cada pieza lunular, haciendo penetrar por el extremo posterior del orificio un tornillo que roscando en el casquillo produce el apriete de cada piezalaminar contra la porción de marco perimétrico de la luna, quedando ésta perfecta mente montada.
