Abstract
The improvements are applicable to that type of wind-powered generator which consists of a turret 1 on which there is a rotary propeller with three blades 8, 8' and 8" such that a container 9, 9' and 9" is formed in these blades with an inlet conduit 10, 10' and 10" and an outlet conduit 11, 11' and 11", such that, by means of these conduits and in combination with a principal conduit 13 in direct communication with a fluid-storage container 4, it is possible to propel fluid, by means of corresponding pumps 12, 12' and 12" or electrovalves, for filling and/or transferring liquid between the containers 9, 9' and 9" of the blades, making it possible to maintain continuous rotation of the propeller or to slow down the propeller in limit rotation situations. <IMAGE>
