LINEA DE TRANSMISION Y METODO PARA SU DISEÑO CUYA LINEA TIENE UNA SECCION TRANSVERSAL LIMITADA, UNA GEOMETRIA DE LA LINEA DE TRANSMISION Y UNA TOLERANCIA E IMPEDANCIA CARACTERISTICAS MEJORADAS. LA GEOMETRIA DE LA LINEA DE TRANSMISION UTILIZA UNA COMBINACION UNICA DE ACOPLAMIENTO TRANSVERSAL Y ACOPLAMIENTO COPLANAR CON UNA PLACA REFLECTORA PARA MEJORAR LA TOLERANCIA DE LA IMPEDANCIA CARACTERISTICA. EN PRIMER LUGAR, SE UTILIZA UN ESPACIO DE SEPARACION COPLANAR MAYOR PARA REDUCIR EL ERROR DE GRABACION POR ATAQUE QUIMICO. EN SEGUNDO LUGAR, SE HAN REDUCIDO TAMBIEN LAS SENSIBILIDADES INTERNAS DEL ESPESOR DEL DIELECTRICO CONFIANDO EN EL ACOPLAMIENTO TRANSVERSAL Y EN EL ACOPLAMIENTO COPLANAR PARA DETERMINAR LA IMPEDANCIA CARACTERISTICA DE LA LINEA DE TRANSMISION.
