Abstract
Support which comprises a fork (clevis) 1 of electrically insulating material, with a hollow base 10, of circular development and provided with a neck 11 with an annular throat 12 for making possible the connection with the corresponding retention means the two prongs 13 of the fork have a cylindrical button 14 which can be seated in the corresponding hole in the cap 5 of the headlight, thus forming an element for hinge-type connection of the cap 5 to the fork 1, then permitting rotation in the longitudinal plane a collar 2 of electrically insulating material which covers the neck 11 and is intended for being fastened on a wall of the space which it is intended to illuminate or on another support element 6 means for retaining the fork 1 in the collar 2, with a ring 3 mounted on the opposite part of the fork 1 with respect to the collar 2 and with a number of appendices 3 which project vertically from its upper base, and with the corresponding lower ends linked together in order thus to form a crown 31 which is superposed over the element 3 and is joined to the same at a finite number of points, when the upper end of each one of the aforesaid appendices 30 is extended centripetally towards the inside of the crown 31 by means of a tooth 32 intended to be seated in the throat 12 of the neck 1, producing a stable and non-detachable coupling.
