Abstract

"Botella de material termoplástico y procedimiento para la fabricación y llenado de la misma". La botella es de una sola pieza y comprende un cuerpo principal (2) con una porción (6) de cierre hermético delimitada por un debilitamiento (7) del material adyacente a la periferia de la embocadura. El fondo está constituido por una lámina de un material termoplástico unida al cuerpo de la botella por termosoldado. La botella se cierra con tapón de rosca (8), o una cápsula (12), que se unen a la porción de cierre (6) por medio de un adhesivo o cola (11). El procedimiento comprende las fases de alimentar una lámina termoplástica a una máquina de termoconformado; calentar la lámina hasta una temperatura predeterminada; introducir un punzón de preforma (17) en un molde negativo (18) de la botella (1), situado en posición invertida, con la lámina (16) interpuesta entre el punzón y el molde; conformar el cuerpo (2) de la botella mediante presión ó depresión neumática; formar el debilitamiento (7) y la porción (6) de cierre mediante un punzón (19); llenar la botella con el producto (22) a contener, por la abertura superior (20) que luego será el fondo de la botella; y termosoldar una lámina (21) de material termoplástico a la periferia de la citada abertura superior, quedando determinado el fondo o base y, por tanto, terminada y herméticamente cerrada la botella.
