Abstract

Sistema de centraje y fijación de una tela para espumado de apoyacabezas de asiento de automóvil. Comprende fijar un borde (21) de una abertura de una bolsa de tela (20) a un armazón hueco (10), introducir la tela (20) y armazón (10) en un molde, e inyectar material espumoso (50) entre la cara interna de la bolsa (20) y la cara externa del armazón (10), comprendiendo: medios de sujeción (32) para una barra (30) de unión al asiento; una abertura pasante para dicha barra (30); y medios para atrapar dicha tela (20) dejando libre una zona alrededor de dicha abertura pasante, teniendo el armazón (10) una embocadura cerrable por una tapa (40), portadora de la abertura pasante. La tapa (40) tiene unos dientes (42) que enclavan a presión en unos dientes complementarios del armazón (10), cerca de dicha embocadura, cuyo enclavamiento proporciona dos posiciones de anclaje.
