Abstract

Dispositivo de sutura para tejidos tubulares. Es un dispositivo mecánico motorizado para la realización rápida de suturas internas de tejidos tubulares, como el intestino, con hilo re- absorbible por el organismo. El dispositivo consta principalmente de dos elementos cilíndricos que se introducen en el tejido tubular a suturar de forma que los extremos del tejido a suturar cubran cada uno de los elementos. Los bordes que deben unirse mediante sutura se aprisionan entre ambos elementos y en esa zona se procede al cosido mediante hilo absorbible. Uno de los elementos cilíndricos contiene mecanismos accionados por un motor que pueden realizar una sutura (aguja, hilo, y otros accesorios necesarios). Al momento presente no se conocen mecanismos de sutura que realicen las funciones del propuesto, por tanto, el dispositivo mismo es una innovación. Innovaciones más especificas son la forma de resolver el movimiento de la aguja y demás accesorios necesarios para llevara acabo la sutura.Suture device for tubular tissues. The device consists mainly of two cylindrical elements that are introduced into the tubular tissue to be sutured so that the ends of the tissue to be sutured cover each of the elements. The edges that must be joined by suture are imprisoned between both elements and in that area the sewing is carried out by absorbable thread. One of the cylindrical elements contains mechanisms driven by a motor that can perform a suture (needle, thread, and other necessary accessories). At present, there are no known suture mechanisms that perform the proposed functions, therefore, the device itself is an innovation. More specific innovations are the way to solve the movement of the needle and other necessary accessories to carry out the suture.
