Abstract

Cepillo de banda móvil de transferencia an ángulo para líneas de manipulación de productos susceptibles a daños. Consiste (fig. 1) en un cepillo de banda móvil (1) provisto de cerdas de materiales diversas (2), el cual se mueve arrastrado por un motor que acciona uno de los dos rodillos (3) que tensan la banda. Su objetivo es amortiguar el impacto que se produce al transferir productos susceptibles a sufrir daños (p.ej. frutas y hortalizas) desde una cinta transportadora más alta (4) a otra inferior (5), las cuales forman un ángulo entre sí y al mismo tiempo ayudar a que el movimiento del producto entre las dos cintas se realice del modo más breve posible con objeto de reducir el número de impactos de los productos entre sí.Angle transfer mobile band brush for handling lines of products susceptible to damage.
