Abstract

Sistema de interfase para el acoplamiento directo de columnas en cromatografía de gases y procedimiento para la resolución de muestras cromatográficas. Mediante el empleo de un inyector PTV (vaporizador con temperatura programada) cuyo esquema básico ha sido modificado adecuadamente, el empleo de un sistema de válvulas compuesto por una válvula de tres vías y dos válvulas de apertura y cierre y un capilar de acero o sílice fundida termostatizado, se puede realizar un acoplamiento directo entre dos columnas cromatográficas para la resolución de muestras. El inserto de vidrio del inyector se rellena con un adsorbente. El sistema de válvulas y tubos permite la transferencia de fracciones de compuestos separados en la primera columna cromatográfica y a través del inyector PTV, donde son absorbidos previamente y posteriormente se desorben térmicamente pasando a la segunda columna cromatográfica.
