Abstract
Aparato filtrante para la remoción de residuos sólidos de una corriente de líquido. Formado por una cadena sinfín (2), constituida por múltiples series paralelas de eslabones (3) en forma de gancho, entre los cuales quedan correspondientes espacios de separación (4), determinando un tamiz susceptible de retener sólidos (5) de un tamaño superior a dicho espacio de separación. La cadena está dispuesta con una cierta angularidad respecto de la horizontal y dotada por unos medios motores (6) de un movimiento de transporte ascendente desde el seno de la corriente de líquido (7) hasta un extremo superior, de modo que los sólidos filtrados son arrastrados a un extremo superior (8) del aparato, de donde son removidos por colaboración de la gravedad con unos cepillos (9). La cadena sinfín está constituida por una carrera ascendente (10), y una carrera descendente (11), dispuestas esencialmente en sendos planos paralelos. De particular aplicación para la remoción de sólidos gruesos y finos en el tratamiento de aguas residuales urbanas e industriales, así como en los propios procesos industriales.Filter device for the removal of solid waste from a liquid stream. Of particular application for the removal of coarse and fine solids in the treatment of urban and industrial wastewater, as well as in the industrial processes themselves.
