Abstract

Mecanismo de acoplamiento para desfase dinámico multiposicional entre ejes giratorios que precisen variar el ángulo de acoplamiento entre ellos sin necesidad de detener los ejes para realizar los ajustes, que permite además regular el ángulo desfasado entre los ejes a cualquier magnitud entre dos extremas. Consta de dos uniones roscadas de sentidos de avance contrarios, junto con un acoplamiento mediante un casquillo deslizante intermedio con perfil de cremallera revolucionado que al ser desplazado axialmente de modo controlado provoca el desfase angular deseado.Coupling mechanism for multipositional dynamic offset between rotating axes that need to vary the coupling angle between them without having to stop the axes to make the adjustments, which also allows the adjustment of the offset angle between the axes to any magnitude between two extremes.
