Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricación de un tablero de instrumentos de vehículo automóvil, con conductos de aire integrados, y tablero de instrumentos así obtenido. El procedimiento comprende: colocar una estructura (62, 64) en el interior de un molde (56,58); moldear por inyección un cuerpo de espuma de material plástico (M) en el molde (56,58) utilizando al menos un núcleo amovible (60,64) que es por lo menos parcialmente resorbible y que presenta una geometría seleccionada, adaptada a la del conducto de distribución de aire (28,30) a integrar; desmoldear el cuerpo (10) de espuma de material plástico (M); provocar la resorción al menos parcial del núcleo amovible (60, 64); y quitar el núcleo (60,64) previamente resorbido. Se obtiene un tablero que comprende un cuerpo de espuma de material plástico con una armadura hundida en el cuerpo y al menos un conducto de aire integrado.
