Abstract

Procedimiento integral para el tratamiento y reciclaje del alperujo. El procedimiento tiene por finalidad aprovechar y eliminar el denominado "alperujo'', como subproducto procedente de la molturación de la aceituna en las almazaras, revalorizando todos sus elementos, sin aportación de componente químico alguno, basándose en la combinación de una serie de procesos consistentes en la separación-extracción-pirólisis o carbonización-gasificación y combustión, de manera que en la fase de separación se separa la parte leñosa del hueso contenida en el alperujo, mientras que en la fase de extracción se separan las pulpas, ya exentas de hueso, del aceite; se realiza a continuación una carbonización de la parte leñosa en un horno de cocción aproximadamente durante 20 minutos a una temperatura de 550ºC. En la fase de gasificación el producto carbonizado es sometido en un reactor, con vapor de agua, a una temperatura comprendida entre 850ºC y 1.000ºC, efectuándose simultáneamente a las dos últimas fases una operación de presecado de la pulpa exenta de grasa, con los gases de desecho procedentes de la carbonización y activación.
