Abstract

Un aparato para la obtención del seccionado regular en tubérculos y frutos, caracterizado esencialmente por comprender una mesa de trabajo sobre bancada, que comprende un vaciado especialmente dispuesto para establecer en él medios soportes para una pluralidad de cuchillas, operativamente dispuestas para que sus filos se encuentren en un mismo plano horizontal, como plano de trabajo y apoyo del fruto a seccionar , operando por presión directa sobre el referido fruto, contra el apoyo cortante que atraviesa según secciones deslizantes entre las sucesivas cuchillas que pasan a la parte inferior del aparato.
