Abstract
"Procedimiento para la recuperación y separación de metales preciosos de convertidores catalíticos''.El objetivo de la presente invención es proporcionar un nuevo método de recuperación y separación de los metales del grupo de platino de diferentes tipos de catalizadores, especialmente de los convertidores catalíticos empleados en automoción, caracterizado porque conlleva la lixiviación de dichos metales preciosos del grupo del platino por procesos de cianuración a alta temperatura y una posterior separación de los metales del grupo del platino (platino, paladio y rodio) mediante carbono activo y precipitación térmica selectiva.
