Abstract

Mejoras en los sistemas reguladores del basculamiento del respaldo y asiento de butacas. Las mejoras son aplicables en aquellos sistemas reguladores en la inclinación o basculamiento de respaldos y asientos de butacas, sistemas que determinan mecanismos constituidos mediante tres piezas (1), (2) y (3), articuladas entre sí formando un triángulo, en donde la pieza (1) es de anclaje, del conjunto, la pieza (2) está prevista para el montaje del asiento y la pieza (3), que articula en puntos independientes de las dos anteriores, constituye la de montaje para el respaldo. Las mejoras se centran en incorporar un elemento amortiguador (14) articulado entre la pieza (1) y la pieza (2), el cual hace que la recuperación del respaldo desde cualquiera de sus posiciones de basculamiento hacia la posición original, una vez liberado el bloqueo correspondiente, se realice suavemente, sin movimiento bruscos. Otra mejora consiste en montar de manera pivotante un bloque de chapas (11) pasantes por un eje (6)desplazable y accionable mediante una maneta lateral que posibilita efectuar un apriete de las chapas y conseguir un embrague o bloqueo en cualquiera de las infinitas posiciones de basculamiento del respaldo.
