Abstract
Un procedimiento para la fabricación mecánica de tejidos con alforzas o pliegues rectilíneos utilizando telares normales, que esencialmente consiste en utilizar los telares corrientes, sirviéndose de dos plegadores de urdimbre montados en serie a la entrada del telar, cada uno con su freno propio, y uno de ellos, o los dos, con su tensión de freno condicionada directa o indirectamente con los movimientos de la tabla, del cigüeñal o de la maquinilla, o sea, en definitiva, por uno de los organismos del telar que determinan la efectividad del tramado o del dibujo de la tela que se fabrica.
