Abstract
PROCEDIMIENTO DE PREPARACION DE UNA NUEVA VACUNA DE INMUNOTERAPIA PARA TUMORES DE MELANOMA, QUE CONSISTE EN QUE CELULAS OBTENIDAS RECIENTEMENTE DE BIOPSIAS DE FRAGMENTOS TUMORALES DE CELULAS DE MELANOMA, O DE FUENTES DE CELULAS CONGELADAS A 70GC, SE FRACCIONAN MECANICAMENTE MEDIANTE UN HOMOGENEIZADOR DE TEJIDOS DE ALTA VELOCIDAD; LOS LISATOS DE CELULAS ASI FORMADOS SE MEZCLAN EFICAZMENTE CON UN COADYUVANTE CONSTITUIDO POR UNA ENDOTOXINA DESTOXIFICADA REFINADA, Y CON UN INMUNOESTIMULANTE BIOLOGICO ELEGIDO DEL GRUPO CONSTITUIDO POR ESQUELETO DE PARED CELULAR MICROBACTERIANO, DIMICOLATO DE TETRAHALOSA, EXTRACTO SOLUBLE DE PIRIDINA DE UN MICROORGANISMO, Y SUS MEZCLAS.
