UN DISPOSITIVO PARA TEMPLAR Y HOMOGENEIZAR PASTAS VISCOSAS, EN ESPECIAL LA MASILLA, Y QUE INCORPORA UN HOMOGENEIZADOR E INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR COMBINADO (10), CON UN ELEMENTO TUBULAR (12), A TRAVES DEL CUAL SE HACE PASAR LA MASILLA TEMPLADA Y A PRESION. DICHO ELEMENTO TUBULAR (12), ESTA PROVISTO DE UN DISPOSITIVO DE GUIA (16) DISEÑADO PARA QUE LA MASILLA PASE OBLIGATORIAMENTE POR UNA PLURALIDAD DE CAMBIOS DE DIRECCION EN RELACION CON EL ELEMENTO TUBULAR (12). EL DISPOSITIVO DE GUIA (16), INCORPORA AL MENOS UN PRIMER TUBO DE INTERCAMBIO DE CALOR (17) DISPUESTO ALREDEDOR DE UN SEGUNDO TUBO DE INTERCAMBIO DE CALOR (18).
