Abstract

Dispositivo de cambio de vias perfeccionado, que estando constituido por dos placas moldeadas en materiales termoplásticos, una de las cuales determina el desvío o bifurcación simple, y la otra las agujas correspondientes, estando ambas placas superpuestas y articuladas alrededor de un eje normal a las mismas, se caracteriza esencialmente porque la placa inferior de las que constituyen el desvío simple, presenta articulada en su reverso y con facultad de giro libre alrededor del mismo eje de articulación entre placas, al codo de una palanca angulada, de primer género, la cual presenta el brazo de potencia rígido o de gran resistencia a la flexión, en tanto que el brazo de resistencia lo integra, en su mayor extensión, un fino tramo filamentoso, del mismo material quedando facultado de gran elasticidad a la flexión; estando rematada la extremidad del bazo de resistencia elástico de dicha palanca, por una horquilla que abraza a un saliente inferior de la placa de las agujas, cuyo saliente pasa a traves de la correspondiente ventana colisa de la, placa del desvío, quedando relacionada la extremidad del brazo de potencia de dicha palanca con una palanca de accionamiento y un saliente selector biposicional de dicho brazo; de modo que, en cualquier disposición de la palanca de accionamiento, las agujas quedan en la posición elegida bajo la tensión elástica de dicho brazo de resistencia, que permite un cambio de agujas automático, recuperable, por el paso del tren en sentido contrario al de las agujas.Improved track change device, which being constituted by two plates molded in thermoplastic materials, one of which determines the deviation or simple bifurcation, and the other the corresponding needles, both plates being superimposed and articulated around an axis normal to them , is essentially characterized in that the lower plate of those that constitute the simple deviation, presents articulated on its reverse and with the ability to freely rotate around the same axis of articulation between plates, at the elbow of an angled lever, of the first kind, which presents the rigid power arm or of great resistance to bending, while the resistance arm integrates, in its greatest extension, a fine filamentary section, of the same material, being able to be highly elastic to bending; the end of the spleen of elastic resistance of said lever being finished off by a fork that embraces a lower projection of the needle plate, whose projection passes through the corresponding colisa window of the deflection plate, the end being related of the power arm of said lever with an actuating lever and a bipositional selector projection of said arm; so that, in any arrangement of the operating lever, the needles remain in the chosen position under the elastic tension of said resistance arm, which allows an automatic, recoverable change of needles by the passage of the train in the opposite direction to that of the needles.
