Abstract

In a control-disc valve which is intended, in particular, for the sanitary sector, a movable control disc is displaced in a linear manner relative to a fixed control disc by means of a pivoting shank. The actuating shank is mounted pivotably by means of a pivot pin and engages with a driving head in a drive opening in the movable control disc. Both the driving head and the drive opening have flat surfaces which extend parallel to the axis of the pivot pin and rest flat against one another. Either the flat surfaces of the driving head or the flat surfaces of the drive recess are pivotable about an axis which extends parallel to the axis of the pivot pin (Figure 2).
