Abstract

Una válvula de compuerta que comprende una caja que tiene un paso a su través un miembro obturador montado en forma corrediza en dicha caja para abrir o cerrar dicho paso una palanca acodada destinada a ser basculada en dicha caja y una palanca intermedia conectada con dicho miembro obturador y que tiene una conexión de pivotamiento con dicha palanca acodada estando el centro del miembro obturador dicha conexión de pivotamiento y el eje en torno del cual está destinada a ser basculada la palanca acodada alineados cuando dicho paso está cerrado por el miembro obturador.
