UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PREPARAR PIRIMIDO (2, 1-B) BENZOTIAZOLES DE FORMULA: DONDE R Y R3 REPRESENTAN HIDROGENO O ALQUILO O FORMAN CICLOALQUILO JUNTO CON EL CARBONO INTERMEDIO, R1 REPRESENTA ALCOXI Y R2 REPRESENTA HIDROGENO O UN RADICAL ORGANICO, EN EL QUE SE HACE REACCIONAR UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA: DONDE R, R1 Y R3 SON COMO ANTES, CON UN COMPUESTO DE FORMULA: HR2CCFCCCO2R4 (III) DONDE R2 ES COMO ANTES Y R4 ES ALQUILO, TRAS LO CUAL EL COMPUESTO RESULTANTE SE AISLA CON TAL Y, OPCIONALMENTE, SE SALIFICA, O BIEN SE TRANSESTERIFICA CON UN ALCOHOL Y LUEGO SE AISLA Y, OPCIONALMENTE, SE SALIFICA.
