Abstract

Apparatus for compensating transverse forces in automotive struts, a unit comprising a lower wheel strut with a telescopic shock absorber and a wheel support, the unit being supported by the upper end of the vehicle's superstructure, a rolling bellows spring being placed around the shock absorber as a bearing spring, because the force of the spring acts against the transverse forces and this is immediately supported by the superstructure of the vehicle and the support of the shock absorber is independent of this support.
