Abstract

Lock with clutch for motor vehicles and the like. Comprises a rotor 2 fitted with platelets 3 mounted on a part provided with grooves that allow the passage of the platelets 3, this rotor 2 being rotating and locked in movement by the platelets 3 if the right key is not inserted also includes a latch head 6 that locks together with the rotor 2 and when the correct key 7 is inserted, the rotor 2 can move axially. It is characterized by the fact that the part provided with grooves is a rotating fitted sleeve 4 locked in the axial direction inside a stator 1, and by the fact that the head of the rotor 2 through which the key 7 is inserted also rotates and is locked in the axial direction with respect to the stator 1. It also includes a limit platelet 9, which on entering into contact with an internal projection 10 of the stator 1 fixes the axial position of the rotor 2. Manufacture is simplified and the position of the rotor is ensured for correct operation.
