SISTEMA CONTINUO INTEGRAL PARA EL APROVECHAMIENTO TOTAL DEL PRODUCTO DE LA ACEITUNA, CONSTITUIDO POR UN MODULO DE LIMPIEZA PARA A CONTINUACION TRITURARSE LA ACEITUNA, PASANDO SEGUIDAMENTE LA PASTA A LAS AMASADORAS, QUE POSTERIORMENTE LA MANDARAN HACIA LOS DECANTER PARA REALIZAR LA PRIMERA EXTRACCION, SON NUEVAMENTE AMASADOS PARA EXTRAERLES EN UNA SEGUNDA CENTRIFUGACION EL ACEITE RESIDUAL QUE CONTIENEN, Y FINALMENTE LA PASTA DE ORUJO Y ALPECHIN RESIDUAL ES DESECADA, CON LO CUAL, EL ALPECHIN ES EVACUADO A LA ATMOSFERA EN FORMA DE VAPOR DE AGUA, MIENTRAS QUE EL PRODUCTO SECO ES SEPARADO EN DOS SUBPRODUCTOS, QUE SON LA PULPA CON ALTO VALOR ENERGETICO Y EL HUESILLO QUE SERVIRA COMO COMBUSTIBLE PARA AUTOABASTECER LAS NECESIDADES DE LA PLANTA.
