Abstract
LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A LA RECUPERACION DE COMPUESTOS ORGANICOS CONDENSABLES A PARTIR DE CORRIENTES DE GAS CARGADAS CON LOS MISMOS. LAS CORRIENTES PUEDEN ESTAR CONSTITUIDAS POR UN GAS DE PROCESAMIENTO QUE CONTENGA ALTAS CONCENTRACIONES DE CONTAMINANTES ORGANICOS, O POR UN GAS INERTE EMPLEADO EN LA REGENERACION DE LECHOS ABSORBENTES USADOS PARA SEPARAR Y CONCENTRAR LOS CONTAMINANTES ORGANICOS DEL PROCESO O CORRIENTES DE GAS DE VIA HUMEDA. EN EL PROCESO DE USAN AL MENOS UN PAR DE LECHOS ABSORBENTES. UN PRIMER PRODUCTO ABSORBENTE FUNCIONA HASTA QUE SE DETECTA LA CONTAMINACION ORGANICA EN UN NIVEL DE RUPTURA PREDETERMINADO EN EL GAS. EL GAS DE SALIDA SE HACE PASAR ENTONCES A TRAVES DE UN SEGUNDO MATERIAL ABSORBENTE HASTA QUE SE DETERMINA LA CAIDA DEL NIVEL DEL CONTAMINANTE ORGANICO HASTA QUE SEA APROXIMADAMENTE EL NIVEL DEL CONTAMINANTE ORGANICO EN EL GAS CARGADO DE CONTAMINANTE QUE SE HACE PASAR A TRAVES DEL PRIMER MATERIAL DE ABSORCION, Y EN QUE PARTE DEL AGUA QUE NO HA SIDO TOTALMENTE ABSORBIDA SE HACE PASAR AL INTERIOR DEL GAS DE SALIDA DEL PRIMER MATERIAL DE ABSORCION. EN ESE MOMENTO SE CORTA EL PASO DEL GAS HUMEDO CARGADO DE CONTAMINANTES AL INTERIOR DEL PRIMER MATERIAL ABSORBENTE Y, EN VEZ DE ELLO, EL GAS HUMEDO CARGADO DE CONTAMINANTES SE HACE PASAR AL INTERIOR DEL SEGUNDO MATERIAL DE ABSORCION. DURANTE EL PASO DEL GAS HUMEDO CARGADO DE CONTAMINANTES AL INTERIOR DEL SEGUNDO MATERIAL DE ABSORCION, SE REGENERA EL PRIMER MATERIAL DE ABSORCION. PARA RECUPERAR EL CONTAMINANTE ORGANICO DESABSORBIDO DEL LECHO ABSORBENTE DESPUES DE SU REGENERACION, EL GAS REGENERATIVO CARGADO CON LOS MISMOS PUEDE SER EXPANSIVAMENTE REFRIGERADO EN UN EXPANDIDOR DE TURBINA PARA EFECTUAR UNA SEPARACION MEDIANTE CONDENSACION Y UNA RECUPERACION DEL COMPUESTO ORGANICO CONDENSABLE DEL GAS INERTE RELATIVAMENTE NO CONDENSABLE O COMPONENTE DEL AIRE. CUANDO NO SE EMPLEEN LECHOS ABSORBENTES, LA CORRIENTE DEL GAS DE PROCESAMIENTO PUEDE HACERSE PASAR DIRECTAMENTE AL INTERIOR DE LA ZONA DEL COMPRESOR DE UN COMPRESOR TUAR UNA PRESURIZACION DE LA CORRIENTE DEL GAS DE PROCESAMIENTO ANTES DE SU INTRODUCCION EN LA ZONA EXPANSORA DEL COMPRESOR EXPANSOR DE TURBINA, MEDIANTE LO CUAL SE HACE POSIBLE QUE EL PROCESO MANEJE CARGAS DE CONDENSACION INCREMENTADAS.
