Abstract
Un procedimiento para la preparación de un compuesto de fórmula (I) en la que n es un número entero del 1 al 5; cada uno de los R1 y R2, que pueden ser los mismos o diferentes, es hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, NO2, alquilo C1 C4 o un grupo R3 es hidrógeno, halógeno, -CN, o-NO2; cada R4 es, independientemente, hidrógeno o alquilo C1 C4; A es un enlace, un grupo , o un grupo NH Het CO , en el que Het es un anillo heteromonocíclico saturado o insaturado pentatómico o hexatómico; y B esungrupo , o R5 / (CH2)m N n R5 en el cual m es 1, 2 ó 3y cada R5 es, independientemente, un grupo alquilo C1 C4; o una sal del mismo farmacéuticamente aceptable; el procedimiento comprende: A) hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula (II) en la que n, R4 y B son como se han definido anteriormente, o una sal del mismo, con un compuesto de fórmula (III): R1 O n k C=C -C A X / j R2 R3 (III) en la que R1, R2 , R3 y A son como se han definido anteriormente y X es un grupo hidroxi o un grupo eliminable, obteniéndose así uncompuesto de fórmula (I) o una sal del mismo: o B) Hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula (IV) en la que Z es , oH2N -Het -CO-,yn,R4, B y Het son como se han definido anteriormente, o una sal del mismo, con un compuesto de fórmula (V): R1 O n k C=C -C -X / j R2 R3 (V) en la que R1, R2, R3 y X son como se han definido anteriormente, obteniéndose así un compuesto de fórmula (I) en la que A es un grupo o una sal del mismo.
