LAS PAJUELAS (5) SE DISPONEN EN UN APARATO QUE COMPRENDE UN RECIPIENTE (1, 2) DE MATERIAL TERMICAMENTE CONDUCTOR Y DE INERCIA TERMICA ELEVADA, MEDIOS DE DETECCION DE LA TEMPERATURA DE LAS PAJUELAS, MEDIOS (8) PARA INDUCIR LA NUCLEACION EN UNA ZONA DE LAS PAJUELAS, Y MEDIOS TERMICAMENTE AISLANTES (3) PARA SOSTENER EL RECIPIENTE EN EL INTERIOR DE UNA CAMARA DE CONGELACION. DICHO RECIPIENTE PARA LAS PAJUELAS COMPRENDE UNA TAPA (2) Y UNA PLACA BASE (1) PROVISTA DE ALOJAMIENTOS (4) ADECUADOS PARA UNA PLURALIDAD DE PAJUELAS, PARA LOS MEDIOS DE DETECCION DE LA TEMPERATURA Y PARA LOS MEDIOS DE INDUCCION DE LA NUCLEACION, LOS CUALES COMPRENDEN UN TUBO (8) ALOJADO EN LA PLACA BASE PERPENDICULARMENTE A LAS PAJUELAS (5), POR EL CUAL SE HACE CIRCULAR NITROGENO LIQUIDO A UNA TEMPERATURA ADECUADA PARA INDUCIR LA NUCLEACION CUANDO LAS PAJUELAS HAN ALCANZADO UNA TEMPERATURA PREDETERMINADA.
