LA INMOVILIZACION DEL INJERTO (1), SEGUN EL SISTEMA, SE EFECTUA MEDIANTE UNA PLACA (4) QUE QUEDA FIJADA FRONTALMENTE SOBRE LAS VERTEBRAS (5) POR MEDIO DE TORNILLOS DE EXPANSION (2) PASANTES A TRAVES DE LA COMENTADA PLACA (4) Y ANCLADOS EN LAS VERTEBRAS (5), CONTANDO TAMBIEN CON UNO O MAS TORNILLOS (3) DE ANCLAJE AL CORRESPONDIENTE INJERTO (1) EL TORNILLO INTERNO ROSCADO EN LA PARTE INTERNA DEL TACO Y QUE EN SU AVANCE PRODUCE LA EXPANSION DE LAS ALETAS DE ESTE TACO EXTERNO (2) Y POR CONSIGUIENTE EL ANCLAJE DEL CONJUNTO SOBRE LAS PROPIAS VERTEBRAS (5).CERVICAL VERTEBRAL FUSION SYSTEM.
