Abstract

PURPOSE: To make recognizable whether a closure has come loose for certain by composing it of a protected screw cap with threading cut, a pouring mouth, a seal, and a tubular portion. CONSTITUTION: A protected screw closure A includes a circular ring 6, which is joined by a tooth vertical to a closure body or a connector bridge 3 on a lower part. An upper surface of the ring 6 is provided with a tooth 4, which supports vertical force applied on between the body of the protected screw closure A and the ring 6 when the closure is fastened on a pouring mouth B. By the vertical force like this, a circular projection 7 of the ring 6 slides along an inclined surface 14 of the pouring mouth B into a groove 16 and stopped at a lower part of a circular surface 15. First, unfastening the protected screw closure A against the pouring mouth B, because the ring 6 is engaged on the circular groove 16 of the pouring mouth B, the ring 6 can not move upward by an interference of the circular surface 15 and the circular projection 7, and thereby, the vertical tooth or the connector bridge 3 of the protected screw closure A is crushed or broken. The breaking gives recognition that the protected screw closure A has already come loose.
