Perfeccionamientos en los procedimientos para la fabricación de glucosa de elevado grado de pureza en los que se sacarifican materias amiláceas en medio ácido se neutralizan los jugos sacarificados y después de filtrar decolorar refinar y concentrar se cristaliza la glucosa y se separan los cristales de glucosa obtenidos de las aguas madres de cristalización caracterizados porque estas aguas madres que contienen sensiblemente la totalidad de las sales inorgánicas solubles formadas al neutralizar los jugos sacarificados se tratan con resinas sintéticas de intercambio catiónico para regenerar el ácido que ha dado origen a las sales inorgánicas
