Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de revestimiento para paredes y otros elementos constructivos análogos a partir de un material celulósico dividido constituído por serrín de madera corcho cortezas lino algodón paja de lino y similares y que esencialmente consiste en mezclar íntimamente ambos materiales procediendo acto seguido a la calefacciónn de la mezcla la cual por medio de una cinta sin fin avanzada contínuamente siendo sometida primeramente a la compresión en una zona de compresión entre cintas metálicas sin fin para formar la pieza y reducirla al espesor y densidad deseados y a continuación a una presión de mantenimiento en una zona de mantenimiento también entre cintas metálicas sin fin para impedir la recuperación elástica de la pieza de material durante la maduración de la resina caracterizándose además dicho procedimiento porqué la pieza que constituye el revestimiento es reducida al espesor y densidad deseados y a continuación a una presión de mantenimiento en una zona de mantenimiento también entre citnas metálicas sin fin para impedir la recuperación elástica de la pieza de material durante la maduración de la resina caracterizándose además dicho procedimiento porqué la pieza que constituye el revestimiento es reducida al espesor deseado a una temperatura entre 90º y 100º C manteniéndose el porcentaje de humedad de acuerdo con el equilibrio higroscópico del material a la temperatura ambiente normal y caracterizado también por el empleo de una resina de fluidez elevada o máxima a una temperatura practicamente igual a la temperatura de compresión y cuya temperatura y rapidez de maduración sean propiadas a la longitud de las cintas de la máquina que efectúan las compresiones y a su velocidad de avance.
