Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de sulfamidopiridina por reacción de 2-aminopiridina con cloruro de p-acetil-amino-benceno-sulfonilo caracterizado por efectuar la reacción en medio acuoso empleando una cantidad de cloruro de p-acetil-amino-benceno-sulfonilo mayor de la teóricamente necesaria y en añadir simultáneamente durante la reacción un álcali a un ritmo apropiado para que el pH del medio se mantenga entre 7 y 8.Procedure for obtaining sulfamidopyridine by reaction of 2-aminopyridine with p-acetyl-amino-benzene-sulfonyl chloride characterized by carrying out the reaction in aqueous medium using an amount of p-acetyl-amino-benzene-sulfonyl chloride greater than theoretically necessary and in simultaneously adding an alkali during the reaction at an appropriate rate so that the pH of the medium remains between 7 and 8.
