Abstract

Estructura de edificio compuesta que tiene una planta constituida por un grupo unitario de elementos de habitación prefabricados tal y como se define anteriormente y por lo menos un panel de suelo interpuesto entre ellos y que ocupa un plano substancialmente común con los paneles de suelo de los elementos de habitación, caracterizada porque en dicho grupo, (a) los paneles de suelo de los elementos de habitación tienen las columnas en sus bordes externos, estando sus bordes internos preferentemente exentos de dichas columnas, (b) columnas situadas en el borde externo del panel de suelo de cada elemento de habitación están situadas en posiciones opuestas respecto a las del borde externo del panel de suelo el otro elemento de habitación, (c) por lo menos en una extremidad del panel de suelo de cada elemento de habitación, una de dichas columnas está separada hacia el interior a partir de dicha extremidad de modo que esta última sobresalga más allá de esta columna en forma de una porción extrema voladiza, (d) en el grupo, las porciones voladizas extremas se corresponden, (e) los paneles de suelo de los elementos de habitación y el panel de suelo interpuesto están conectados rigidamente los unos con los otros mediante unas conexiones que se extienden transversalmente a las juntas entre ellos, y (f) en el grupo existe una superficie de suelo, no obstaculizada por dichas columnas, que se extiende transversalmente a los paneles de suelo de los elementos de habitación y el panel de suelo interpuesto.
