Claims

1. - Detachable food container characterized in that it comprises a body (1) of pyramidal configuration intended to house food (2), which comprises at least three triangular faces (3, 15, 16) provided with upper sides (4) that define an upper mouth (5) and that extend inferiorly until they converge in a lower vertex (6), where one of the triangular faces (3, 15, 16) of the body (1) comprises two breaking lines (7) that start from one of the sides (4) of the upper mouth (5) to the lower vertex (6), delimiting a strip (8) that can be progressively detached through said breaking lines (7) with respect to the rest of said triangular faces (3, 15, 16) to facilitate the opening and disassembly of the body (1), converting the body (1) into an open surface to spread the food (2) that can be incorporated facilitating the free access to them.

2. - The detachable food container of claim 1, wherein the strip (8) is provided with a hinged tab (9) extending superiorly from one side (4) of the mouth (5) to facilitate gripping and manually detaching the strip (8).

3. - The detachable food container of claim 1, further comprising a handle (10) extending superiorly from one of the triangular faces (3, 15, 16), specifically from one side (4) of the upper mouth (5), where said handle (10) shows a central opening (11) sized for the introduction of a finger to facilitate the holding and transport of the body (1).

4. - The detachable food container of claims 2 and 3, wherein the opening (11) of the handle (10) has a configuration and dimensions matching the tab (9) that is foldable inside said opening (11), and the handle (10) is breakable to facilitate disassembly of the body (1) when the strip (8) is detached.

5. - The detachable food container of claim 1, which additionally comprises a folding lid (12) on one of the upper sides (4) of the upper opening (5) that in the upper folding position facilitates access to the interior of the body (1) and in the lower folding position covers the sides (4) of the upper opening (5) and closes access to the interior of the body (1).

6. - The detachable food container of claim 5, wherein the lid (12) comprises a main face (17) formally and dimensionally coinciding with the mouth (5) of the body (1) and an articulated flap (13) with respect to the main face (17) that is internally coupled in the body (1) in correspondence with one of the sides (4) of the mouth (5) in its closed position.

7. - The detachable food container of claims 4 and 6, wherein the lid (12) has a slot (14) between the main face (17) and the flap (13) into which the handle (10) and the tab (9) can be inserted in the closed position of the lid (12).

8. - The detachable food container of claim 7, wherein the body (1) is formed by four triangular faces (3, 15, 16) consisting of a front triangular face (3), a rear triangular face (15) and two lateral triangular faces (16), where the strip (8) is defined in the front triangular face (3), as well as the handle (10) part of the front triangular face (3), and the lid articulates (12) with respect to the rear triangular face (15).
