BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The invention arose from the need to offer an innovative solution that integrates beverage delivery and pet waste collection, specifically dog waste collection, in a single container. This multifunctional approach is unprecedented in the state of the art and offers several significant advantages for pet owners, such as convenience, sustainability, and ease of use.

Despite the existence of solutions that partially address some of the needs addressed by the present invention, no product has been found in the state of the art that offers a comprehensive solution such as that offered by the object of the invention.

In the section on containers for providing drinks to dogs and other pets, there are numerous documents that cover different products. Some examples, such as document ES1080579U, are useful in domestic settings but have limitations outdoors. Others, such as US10028484B2, are portable but require constant handling by the owner, without precise control of the amount of liquid the pet consumes.

The Doypack® bag, also known as a stand-up pouch, is a type of flexible packaging with a base that allows it to stand upright. It is characterized by its versatility and growing popularity in various sectors, especially the food industry. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The invention consists of a multifunctional container, which offers an innovative solution by integrating two essential functions into a single product: serving as a drinking fountain for pets and, subsequently, as a container for collecting their excrement.

The technical problem that this invention seeks to solve is to offer a multifunctional product that responds to an unmet need in the pet care market, related to pet walking and application while the pet is being walked.

Specifically, the invention offers a novel and practical solution for dog owners, integrating pet hydration with responsible waste management. Its multifunctional design, ease of use, and sustainable approach make it a product with significant potential in the pet care market.

The multifunctional packaging object of the invention is characterized by a double structure formed by a more resistant outer bag and a more malleable inner bag, joined at the top by heat sealing.

The outer bag is shaped like a truncated cone when opened on a flat surface, forming a drinking bowl for the dog. It is made of a durable, disposable, and eco-friendly thermoplastic material.

The inner bag is intended to be in contact with the liquid, while the outer bag provides structure. It is made of a waterproof, disposable, and recyclable polymer material.

The top edge of both bags, which is also heat-sealed, can be easily removed by pulling on a small perforation or notch in one corner. This perforation weakens the material at that point, allowing the consumer to easily open the bag by simply pulling it open.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

The multifunctional container object of the present invention is composed of the following elements:

Outer bag r (1):

It is made of a deformation-resistant thermoplastic material, which guarantees the stability of the container and its resistance to use. It has a truncated cone configuration that provides stability to the container when it is open on a flat surface, forming a bowl for the dog to drink from.

Bag interior r (2):

It acts as a liquid container and a glove for collecting excrement once it has been emptied of liquid.

It is made of a waterproof, disposable, and recyclable polymer material and is designed to contain liquids or beverages and subsequently collect excrement hygienically.

It has a geometry that adapts to the truncated cone shape of the outer bag (2).

Both bags (1) and (2) are joined at the top by heat sealing. The top of both bags has a diameter large enough to allow the user to easily insert their hand. The height of the bags is adequate to allow the animal to ingest the liquid inside.

Easy-open notch for heat sealing (3):

It allows you to easily remove the top end of the heat-sealed joint between both bags to access the contents of the container.

Hermetic sliding closure interior (4):

Multifunctional container for beverages and dog waste collection, comprising: - An outer bag (1) with a truncated cone shape, made of resistant material, which forms the main structure of the container. - An inner bag (2) made of flexible and waterproof material, placed inside the outer bag - A heat-sealed joining system for both bags with a top closure, provided with a notch (3) to facilitate the initial opening of the container, and an internal hermetic sliding closure (4) for repeated opening and closing of the container safely. 2. Multifunctional packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer bag (1) is made of a disposable and ecological material, belonging to the family of thermoplastics, resistant to deformations and of a truncated conical shape. 3. Multifunctional packaging according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the inner bag (2) is made of a waterproof, disposable and recyclable polymeric material. 4. Multifunctional container according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that its dimensions are consistent with the ergonomic measurements of both the potential user and the dog, to facilitate the introduction of the user's hand inside the container and the ingestion of the liquid by the dog.
