TECHNICAL SECTOR

The present invention addresses the need for practical and discreet solutions for the preservation and access to cremation urns in cemeteries and private properties, adapting to the changes and demands of the funeral industry sector.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The market for funerary monuments is evolving due to the increase in cremation, space problems in urban cemeteries, changes in aesthetic preferences and greater economic and ecological awareness. Thus, there are known urns that incorporate digital media with which to link to a smartphone application and display photos or other documents, as well as others whose materials allow their degradability. Closer to the field of invention, innovation in columbariums focuses on the creation of new standardized structures with an assemblable character such as the utility model with application number 202030639 by the applicant Salas Masdeu, Angel, which describes a rectangular tubular prismatic body, closed at its rear end, obtained by injection molding, based on fiberglass, polyester resin and polyurethane, which defines a receptacle of suitable dimensions to receive one or more urns of the deceased's ashes. Or others such as the modular element included in the document with application number 201930731 by the applicant BOXTOMB, S.L. This element allows the assembly of an octagonal columbarium set by manufacturing a single type of element, using plastic moulding.

The applicant is not aware of any technical solutions that would resolve the technical problem that is the subject of this invention in an advantageous manner as that advocated.

. EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION

The proposed invention introduces a novel type of funerary monument with a fully removable system for the safekeeping of urns. It allows easy and discreet access for depositing and visiting the urns, without the need for external permits. It can be hidden underground to remain discreet or left visible for special occasions, such as All Saints' Day. It offers the option of personalisation with spaces for personal objects, as well as, for example, digital memory media or recorded DNA. It can hold several funerary urns from the same family, guaranteeing individual privacy without sharing memorial spaces.

The device is completely watertight and is designed to protect the urns from water and other environmental elements. It has two main bodies: a first body that we will call the outer container, preferably formed by a structure with a cylindrical or polygonal section, closed only at its base, which cooperates by housing a second body or inner container that contains the urns and/or other personal objects separated by at least one separator. The assembly is installed flush with the ground and its materials are chosen from those that best withstand inclement weather, such as stainless steel or plastics.

It has conventional means to extract the inner container in an elevated and vertical manner and to be able to access the deposited urns, where these means can be: manual, electromechanically assisted, hydraulic or pneumatic, as well as by means of gear systems, and counterweight or spring systems. To guarantee the tightness of the device, it has at least one sealing joint (not shown) between the buried body or outer container and the inner container, which is the mobile structure that contains the urns. It also has a conventional security locking system (not shown) activated by digital means, code or physical key to control access, allowing extraction and concealment underground in a smooth and safe manner.

Versions have been planned in which the device is located vertically or others in which it is located horizontally, the inner container being able to acquire the vertical position in this second version by means of a torque of rotation with respect to the outer container and identical means of drive as in the vertical version. In this version there is a protection for the opening generated when lifting the removable container, these means comprise a cover articulated by means of a torque of rotation between this and the removable container. The device has means of electric supply in the automated versions.

Versions have been planned in which the device can be operated wirelessly using an application by having wireless communication means such as WiFi or Bluetooth allowing the device to be managed from a computer, tablet or smartphone. To do this, it has sensors inside the device for humidity and temperature, as well as outside for light and rain. The technical effect of these sensors and the means of communication with a computer, tablet or smartphone allow automatic cycles to be generated or the device to be closed if it rains.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

A preferred embodiment is cited as an example, the materials used in its manufacture, as well as the application methods and all the accessory details that may arise, being independent of the object of the invention, as long as they do not affect its essentiality.

The preferred description object of this specification comprises an outer body (1) of cylindrical nature that has its open lid and a projecting perimeter rim (2), this outer body houses inside it a removable inner body (3) also of cylindrical nature and provided with different funerary spaces limited by separators (4), as well as a lid that cooperates with the opening of the outer body. It comprises at least one sealing joint (not shown) between the lid of the removable body and the outer body, figure 1. The device when at rest is flush with the ground, figure 2, emerging for access to the cinerary urns (5), figure 3.

The lifting means of the removable body are electromechanical using a screw lift (not shown).

The device in this embodiment can be operated wirelessly using a computer application by having a control unit and wireless communication means such as WiFi or Bluetooth. It has a closing system (not shown) activated by digital means.

Underground device for the preservation and access to cinerary urns, characterized by having means to guard at least one cinerary urn and/or personal objects in a device embedded at ground level, for this purpose it comprises: an outer body with a cylindrical or polygonal section only closed at its base that cooperates by housing an inner container whose separators (4) define the funerary spaces, conventional means to extract the inner container in an elevated and vertical manner, where these means can be: manual, electromechanically assisted, hydraulically or pneumatically, as well as by means of gear systems, counterweight systems or springs; at least one sealing joint between the outer container and the inner container; a conventional security closing system activated by digital means, code or physical key. 2. Underground device for the preservation and access to cinerary urns according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer body (1) and the inner body (3) are in a vertical orientation. 3. Underground device for the preservation and access to cinerary urns according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer body (1) and the inner body (3) are in a horizontal orientation, their movement is carried out by means of a rotation pair between both bodies, it comprises a safety cover (6) articulated with a rotation pair between it and the inner body. 4. Underground device for the preservation and access to cinerary urns according to any of the preceding claims, characterized by being operated wirelessly through a computer application by having a control unit and wireless communication means such as WiFi or Bluetooth. 5. Underground device for the preservation and access to cinerary urns according to claim 4, characterized by having sensors inside the device for humidity and temperature, as well as outside for light and rain.
