- A flat base (2),

- A peripheral edge (32) arranged on the upper edge (31) of the walls (3) and which runs continuously along the upper edge (31) of the walls (3),

- At least one release recess (4) arranged in the perimeter region of the base (2).

2. Stackable tray according to claim 1, wherein the flat base (2) has a polygonal geometry.

3. Stackable tray according to claim 2, wherein the at least one release recess (4) arranged in the base (2) is arranged in the region of the corners of the base (2) that correspond to the polygonal geometry of the same base (2).

4. Stackable tray according to any of claims 2 or 3, wherein the flat base (2) has a parallelogram geometry.

9. Stackable tray according to any of claims 4 to 7, in which the position of the release recesses (4) in the corner region of the base (2) is asymmetrical in relation to one of the axes of symmetry of the same base (2).

10. Stackable tray according to any of claims 2 to 7, which has a plurality of release recesses (4) arranged alternately in the corners of the base (2).

11. Stackable tray according to claim 1, wherein the flat base (2) has a circular or elliptical geometry.

12. Unstackable tray according to claim 1, wherein the flat base (2) has curved limits.

13. Unstackable tray according to claim 1, wherein the flat base (2) has at least one straight limit and at least one curved limit.

14. Stackable tray according to claim 13, wherein the at least one release recess (4) arranged in the base (2) is arranged in the region of the corners of the base (2) that correspond to the at least one straight limit of the same base (2).

15. Stackable tray according to claim 14, wherein the position of a release recess (4) in a corner of the base (2) is different from the position of at least one other release recess (4) in another corner of the same base (2).

16. Stackable tray according to claim 14, in which the position of the release recesses (4) in the corner region of the base (2) is asymmetrical in relation to one of the axes of symmetry of the same base (2).

17. Stackable tray according to claim 14, which has a plurality of release recesses (4) arranged alternately in the corners of the base (2).

18. Stackable tray according to any of the preceding claims, which is also made up of a stepped area that extends totally or partially along the inner periphery of the peripheral rim (32).

19. Unstackable tray according to claim 18, wherein the stepped area comprises at least one difference in level with respect to the inner periphery of the peripheral rim (32).

Stackable tray according to claim 19, in which the stepped area comprises a first slope (5) with respect to the inner periphery of the peripheral rim (32) and a second slope (6) with respect to the inner periphery of the same peripheral rim (32), the second slope (6) being at a lower height comparatively with the first slope (5) and in relation to the same base (2), and in which both the first slope (5) and the second slope (6) extend totally or partially along the inner periphery of the peripheral rim (32).

21. Stackable tray according to any of the preceding claims, which is totally or partially transparent or translucent.

22. Improved stackable tray according to any of the preceding claims, which is made of PET or similar material.

Set of a plurality of stackable trays described in any of the preceding claims, and arranged stacked one on top of the other, such that the release recesses (4) of a first stackable tray do not coincide with the release recesses (4) of another second stackable tray arranged just below the first stackable tray.
