That is to say, the terms in which this preferred description of the invention has been set forth should always be taken in a broad and non-limiting manner.

Claims

1. - Hands-free umbrella carrying device (1), comprising: a coupling (2) for the umbrella shaft (9.1) integral with one of the faces of a support plate (3) by means of an articulated shaft (4); a pressure clamp type anchor (5) integral with the support plate (3) on the face opposite to that which supports the coupling (2); two side fins (3.3) that provide lateral stability to the device (1); and a cord (6) arranged in the perforations (3.4), forming a loop of adjustable size, regulated by a cord lock (6.1); characterized in that the pressure clamp (5) allows the device (1) to be fixed to a garment (8) or to the straps of a backpack.

2. - Device according to claim 1, in which the coupling (2) for the umbrella pole (9.1) is formed by a tubular body, with two folding closures (2.2), each with two hooks (2.3) that allow the longitudinal opening (2.1) to be closed, applying the required pressure to the coupling (2) to firmly hold the pole (9.1) inside it.

3. - Device according to claim 1, in which the pressure clamp type anchor (5), integral with the support plate (3), is formed by a sheet folded at its ends forming two longitudinal clamps (5.1) facing each other, each with an axis (5.2) near its base, in which the retractable handles (5.3) are coupled.

4. - Device according to claim 1 and 3, in which longitudinal clamps (5.1) have zigzag teeth (5.4) along the entire area of contact with the piece of clothing (8).

5. - Device according to claim 1, characterized in that it can be permanently attached to the garment (8) or to the straps of a backpack, by means of rivets or screws.

6. - Device according to claim 1, in which a support strap (7) is fixed in perforations (3.2) arranged on the top and sides of the support plate (3), forms a loop that surrounds the shoulder (10.1) and returns under the user's armpit (10), to provide additional support and improve the stability of the device (1).

7. - Device according to claims 1 and 2, in which the anchor (2) performs a slight swinging movement (a), on the articulated axis (4).

8. Use of the device according to claim 1 and 5, characterized in that the device (1) is arranged in a garment (8) positioning it on one of the front sides of the chest near the shoulder (10.1) of the user (10), or in the case of backpack straps, in the corresponding position of the strip arranged on the user's chest (10).
