HOOK FOR EVAPORATOR DEVICE

The invention, as its name indicates, refers to an improved hook for air fresheners that can be attached to different boxes that contain the material to be evaporated from the same as traditional hooks, but with the difference that this hook has a structure which, in addition to requiring a smaller amount of plastic, being more respectful of the environment, presents some advantages for its use that allow it to act as a carabiner, hang on different types of bars and maintain its vertical position.

The hook has two flexion zones as well as a series of ribs that facilitate the vertical position.

The state of the art to which this invention belongs is that of air fresheners.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The most used air fresheners or biocides in closed spaces or rooms such as bathrooms, toilets or closets, require an element that allows them to be attached and provides stability while guaranteeing the aeration of their contents. There are currently a wide variety of hook-type gripping elements on the market that perform this function.

From the literature that can be extracted on air fresheners that require hooks to be attached, there is the utility model ES155450U which refers to a support for volatile tablets with a hook to allow a hanging placement where said support is a flexible strip folded on itself to enable accommodation between the two faces that meet when folded.

Or the utility model ES158289U that refers to a device to suspend tablets, preferably mothproof in order to cover a greater space to protect. The device can have a suitable number of tablets on its structure where its upper end has a hook that enables it to be anchored to any surface.

Another example can be seen in the utility model ES143302U where the invention consists of an anti-moth deodorant block wrapped in cellophane paper where said block has with an interior space to house part of a flexible wire where the other end serves as a hook protruding from it.

In this type of invention, the hook has a robust body, which requires a greater amount of manufacturing material, making it less flexible and therefore less adaptable, which means that said hook structures cannot be placed on a wide variety of surfaces due to its stiffness.

The objective of this invention is to reduce plastic in its manufacture, thus obtaining a hook that is more respectful of the environment and, on the other hand, a more versatile hook that has flexible areas that allow it to be anchored to elements of different sizes, all This is done with a system that prevents the hook, once anchored, from coming out of its support.

On the other hand, there is also a solution to the problems in handling the hooks since, due to their geometry, they hook up with each other.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In order to solve the aforementioned problems, the invention refers to a suitable hook to be attached to a box where the air freshener, biocide element, both or any other element to be volatilized is housed. This hook has a structure that facilitates anchoring operations to a bar, a projection or any other element and guarantees a proper position, all with a considerable reduction in plastic.

The flexible hook comprises a main body defining an interior space, which in use is open at one point. Preferably, the shape is an inverted "U", with two extensions or legs, this shape being suitable for trapping an element to be anchored to in its internal part. Said hook comprises:

- A laminar main body with two legs and an interior hole, this central hole being open at one point during use. In a preferred execution, part of the perimeter of this hole is made up of the box that houses the element to be volatilized. - A first flexible zone next to the opening of the main body.

- A second flexible zone arranged between the first flexible zone and the connection of the hook to the box.

- A non-return stop at the end of the first flexible area that prevents the hook from being anchored to an element such as a bar, from being maintained, preventing the hook from coming loose.

Optionally to give some rigidity to the main body and allow a greater reduction of plastic;

- A lateral cornice concurrent with the main body but not coplanar with it, preferably arranged on the inside of the main body and acting as a reinforcement.

- A series of internal transverse ribs arranged in the middle part of the hook. These ribs, in addition to acting as ribs of the main body, facilitate the vertical position of the hook. If these ribs did not exist, the device would be tilted when resting on the lateral cornice, if there is one.

- To give greater rigidity to the union between the hook and the box, a buttress for the union between the two which, in addition, from the production point of view, facilitates the distribution of the molten plastic inside the mould.

The lateral cornice helps to stiffen the main body, thus reducing the use of plastic.

The hook has two legs, one of which is attached to the box containing the element to be volatilized, while the other has, when used, its free and flexible end.

In a preferred execution, an easily breakable plastic rod is arranged between that free end and the box. This union is merely temporary and prevents parts from getting caught with each other during handling, before use.

The first flexible zone, the one located at the free end of the hook, allows the hook to act as a carabiner, easily deforming inward under specific pressure, leaving the interior hole of the hook accessible. In the first use, the plastic thread mentioned in the previous paragraph would break.

The end of the first flexible zone has a non-return stop, which in a preferred embodiment comprises an extension of the flexible zone projecting towards the inside of the hook and of less width.

This anti-return stop prevents the hook from unintentionally disengaging. If you want to remove the hook from the anchoring element, applying some pressure on the flexible areas makes it possible to extract it.

The structure of the flexible hook allows a considerable reduction in the use of material for its manufacture, making it more environmentally friendly.

In a preferred execution, the hook can have another shape, for example, semi-square or semi-rectangular, which allows it to keep the minimum amount of material to be used with the same flexible stability and safety features.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

DESCRIPTION OF A MODE OF CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

A manner of execution is described here which is not unique but merely explanatory.

For ease of understanding, the invention will be described together with a box (3) suitable for housing the substance to be volatilized.

The hook (2) comprises a body in the shape of an inverted "U" and is attached, by its larger leg (11) to the box (3), leaving the other leg free at its end during use, although before the first use. the end of that free leg is attached to the box by a plastic thread to prevent devices from getting caught during manufacturing and storage operations.

The hook comprises:

- A larger leg (11) that at its junction with the box (3) has a buttress (4) that reinforces the junction.

- A smaller leg with a first flexible area (5) at its end.

- A non-return stop (6) at the free end of the first flexible area, where said stop comprises an extension towards the interior hole (9).

- A stiffening cornice (7) that runs along the inside of the hook and is perpendicular to the body of the hook.

- A series of ribs (8) arranged as ribs.

- A second flexible area (10)

- An interior area (9) suitable for housing an element to which it is anchored.

The hook (2) is attached to the box (3) by its larger leg (11) and the buttress (4). On the inside of the hook, this rigid section runs a cornice (7) arranged at a right angle to its wall, giving it rigidity.

In the turning area of the hook, at the junction between its two legs, a series of ribs (8) are arranged as ribs that save the height of the cornice and allow the hook to remain vertical when hanging from, for example, A bar.

The smaller leg of the hook, whose end is free, has a first flexible area (5) that makes it easier for the hook to behave like a carabiner.

HOOK FOR EVAPORATOR DEVICE in which the hook (2) comprises a body with a larger leg (11) attached to a box (3) and a smaller leg attached to the box through the larger leg, defining between both legs a interior hole (9) suitable for housing an element to be anchored characterized in that this body is laminar, the smaller leg has a first flexion zone (5) suitable for the hook, in use, to act as a carabiner and for the leg to greater presents a second zone of flexion (10). 2. HOOK FOR EVAPORATOR DEVICE according to claim 1, characterized in that at the end of the smaller leg it has a non-return stop (6). 3. HOOK FOR EVAPORATOR DEVICE according to claim 2, characterized in that the stop (6) comprises an extension towards the interior cavity. 4.
