Abstract

La propiedad y la explotación exclusiva de un dispositivo de hebilla, caracterizado por que las hebillas que lo llevan constan esencialmente de un marco que puede presentar forma variable y que tiene adaptada, mediante un eje, una pieza giratoria que actúa como sujetador de la cinta o tira a que se aplica la hebilla y que puede apoyarse sobre dos travesaños que lleva el marco antedicho, a fin de que, pasada la cinta o tira por entre el borde del marco y uno de dichos travesaños y aplicada sobre este la pieza giratoria, quede la propia cinta aprisionada entre el borde de la referida pieza y el marco, pudiendo después aplicar la porción de tira sobrante por debajo del otro extremo del marco y sirviendo el segundo travesaño para afianzar la tira o cinta en la hebilla.
