Abstract
Writing instrument that includes a tubular element and a pressure control mechanism that ensures the exit and retraction of the tip of the cartridge, through, outside the opening of the body of the device located on the writing side and for: the maintenance of the cartridge in the protruding or retracted position, in which the mechanism carries two moving work organs, one with respect to the other in the axial direction of the instrument which is constituted by a push button acting on the cartridge, whose advancing movement and whose recoil movement, are produced respectively opposing and according to the force of a spring and whose other working member is the tubular element, while on the other of these working organs, with advantage over the pulsator, at least one wing that can be bent in the radial direction with respect to the longitudinal axis of the instrument is provided, out of normal position producing a recoil force elastic, said wing also being capable of being bent in the peripheral direction in the case in which the push-button is integral with the rotation of the tubular element and which carries a control cam which cooperates during the movement of the push-button, with guide edges provided on the other working member and which is thus carried under the stop conditions corresponding respectively to the protruding position and to the retracted position of the cartridge, these superimposed positions being characterized in that the wing is subjected to the action of an elastic element arranged in such a way that favor its return in normal position, at least in one of said radial or peripheral senses.
